WHEN WILL MY CREDIT CARD BE CHARGED? Your credit card will be charged when you place the order at famoussurf.com. It may take up to 48 hours for your credit card to be approved and clear our systems. You will receive an e-mail stating that your credit card has been charged (this will be your first e-mail from Famous Surf.)

I AM NOT SIGNED UP WITH PAYPAL, CAN I STILL USE MY CREDIT CARD? Yes! You can still use your credit card and buy on Famous Surf's site even if you are not a Paypal member.
If you are a Paypal member, your checkout will be a little faster because they (Paypal) have your information on file. We use Paypal for all trasactions because it's very safe, private and secure way to buy online. We (Famous Surf) never see your complete credit card number, only Paypal has that information.

DOES FAMOUS SURF SHIP OUTSIDE THE U.S.? At this time we only ship within the United States of America and U.S. territories.

WHEN WILL I KNOW WHAT I ORDERED HAS BEEN SHIPPED? The second e-mail you recieve (from Famous Surf) will state that your item has been shipped. IF THE ITEM IS OUT OF STOCK, THIS IS WHEN YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED. YOU WILL ALSO RECIEVE A REFUND ON THE CREDIT CARD THAT WAS USED FOR THE TRASACTION.

WHAT COMPANIES DO YOU USE FOR YOUR SHIPPING? We use UPS, FEDERAL EXPRESS and USPS. Once the package leaves Famous Surf it is the responsibility of the shipper (or postal person) to get the package to you. We will assist with information and tracking numbers.

WHAT IS CONSIDERED RETURNABLE MERCHANDISE? Any item that has not been used and we allow you to return. Clothing must be new, unwashed, unworn and the tag must still be on the product. Items that are returned and smell of smoke, cologne and or detergent, under arm deodorant, will not be accepted. SKATEBOARDS, SUNGLASSES AND SURFBOARDS ARE NOT RETURNABLE.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN AND REFUND MY CREDIT CARD?
Once returns are received we will look at the merchandise and make sure it is still new.
If the item is new and resellable (as new) we will refund the credit card used for the purchase of the original merchandise. Your credit card should receive a credit within 2 to 3 weeks (during certain times of the year (Holidays) it may take a bit longer.
